Chalet, ideal for 2 families !<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Quiet location<\/strong>, surrounded by pine<\/strong> and fir trees<\/strong>, overlooking the mountains<\/strong>. The chalet is ideally located<\/strong> and enjoys a magnificent view<\/strong> \u2013 no matter which room you are in. It also benefits from a large south-facing balcony<\/strong>, terrace<\/strong> and garden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The house is ideal for two families<\/strong> and can accommodate 10 to 14 people<\/strong>. There are six bedrooms with 4 double beds and 6 bunk beds. All rooms enjoy a wonderful view of the pine trees in the garden and the mountains surrounding Pralognan.<\/p>\n

On the ground floor, there is a master suite<\/strong> consisting a spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. This room can accommodate two people.<\/p>\n

You will find <\/span>three recently renovated rooms<\/strong> on the first floor; two have a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and one with 2 bunk beds. The first floor has a joint <\/span>bathroom<\/strong> with double sink, bath with shower, and separate toilet. The mezzanine of the first floor opens up onto the living room. Finally, a small <\/span>office space<\/strong>, with a breath-taking view of the mountains.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lower floor opens up to the garden and has two bedrooms<\/strong>. One with a double bed (180 \u00d7 200 cm), the other with 4 bunk beds. The floor has a bathroom<\/strong> with shower and toilet that also accommodates a washer\/dryer. Besides a sauna<\/strong>, there is also direct access to the garden<\/strong> and plenty of space to store all kinds of sporting kit.<\/p>\n

The living room<\/strong> is very large with plenty of space to relax or play and has a large open fireplace.<\/p>\n

The dining room<\/strong> opens onto the balcony and is joined to the living room. The large wooden table can accommodate 12 people.<\/p>\n

The kitchen<\/strong> is equipped with all the usual amenities, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and so forth.<\/p>\n

And WiFi<\/strong> is of course available !<\/p>\n
