price per week, saturday 2 pm to saturday 11 am

Price is based on 7 guests. More are welcome, but due to electricity charges, we need to ask 120 € for each additional guest.
The cleaning service for the chalet is 150 € after you leave, please make sure to leave an envelope with the cash for the cleaners on the dining room table.
Optional services
Rental of bed-cloths + towel for one person: 35 € per week
If you wish to get some shopping done before arrival, this can be arranged at cost plus 40,00 €. The groceries and fee are payable upon arrival.
Payment terms
Down-payment 20% when booking, remainder 2 weeks before arrival
Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will not allow us to find another tenant and we will have to charge 50% of the rental fee. We shall waive that if another party can be found for that time.
Deposit
When you receive the key, we will ask for a deposit of 500,00 € cash or cheque to cover any potential damages. This will be sent back to you within 4 weeks after the booking has ended.
