Chalet, ideal for 2 families !
Quiet location, surrounded by pine and fir trees, overlooking the mountains. The chalet is ideally located and enjoys a magnificent view – no matter which room you are in. It also benefits from a large south-facing balcony, terrace and garden.
The house is ideal for two families and can accommodate 10 to 14 people. There are six bedrooms with 4 double beds and 6 bunk beds. All rooms enjoy a wonderful view of the pine trees in the garden and the mountains surrounding Pralognan.
On the ground floor, there is a master suite consisting a spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. This room can accommodate two people.
You will find three recently renovated rooms on the first floor; two have a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and one with 2 bunk beds. The first floor has a joint bathroom with double sink, bath with shower, and separate toilet. The mezzanine of the first floor opens up onto the living room. Finally, a small office space, with a breath-taking view of the mountains.
The lower floor opens up to the garden and has two bedrooms. One with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), the other with 4 bunk beds. The floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet that also accommodates a washer/dryer. Besides a sauna, there is also direct access to the garden and plenty of space to store all kinds of sporting kit.
The living room is very large with plenty of space to relax or play and has a large open fireplace.
The dining room opens onto the balcony and is joined to the living room. The large wooden table can accommodate 12 people.
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual amenities, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and so forth.
And WiFi is of course available !
Fun Fact !
Our chalet was used for the detective film "Roches Noires", directed by Laurent Dussaux and shot in Pralognan! Our chalet is the home of the main character, Fabio Campion, a retired policeman.
